Very compelling report from Forrester describing a new breed of consumers that are "less brand-loyal customers who seek to engage with companies across a multitude of new digital channels, such as on their mobile phones or via social technologies."

In the past companies have viewed their website, social media, and mobile offering as distinct offerings, each with a seperate strategy. This information from Forrester suggests companies should take an integrated approach to these channels sharing a common theme between them. This could shake up a few marketing departments!
